Reiki Healing Session
Reiki is translated as “universal life force energy.” It is a holistic healing system, as it treats the whole being, addressing healing at all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Everything in the universe is made up of and connected by energy. By transmitting the healing energy of the universe along energetic pathways and through the practitioner’s hands to the client, Reiki heals as deeply as needed within the being to create a shift towards health.
Receive Reiki Healing Energy as your practitioner gently placed her hands on the body. You may also request that her hands hover over your body. You will be fully clothed as you relax on a massage table, or chair if that meets your needs. The intention of Reiki Healing is to create deep relaxation, to help speed healing, reduce pain, and to create an overall sense of calm.
Aromatherapy is a holistic healing modality that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. This ancient form of healing uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. Aromatherapy enhances both physical and emotional health.
Your Certified Aromatherapist will ask you questions to get an intake of your needs, and then together you will choose appropriate and safe essential oils to develop custom blends just for you. After your consultation, leave about 30 mins for Sandy to create your individualized products. These include, but are not limited to, roll-ons, salves, balms, inhalers and sprays.
Singing Bowl Sound Bath and Breath Meditation
This one hour experience will allow you to relax, release and receive. Begin with Breath Meditation, and then continue to unwind as Sandy plays 7 Clear Quartz Crystal Bowls. The intention of this sessions is to bring you out of the thinking mind and into the body and heart, where deep healing happens. Allow your body to be bathed in the vibrations created by the singing bowls to bring your body and it’s energy back into balance, so that the body can heal itself.
Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any props you need to support relaxation.
